摘要
目的通过对我院全静脉营养临床应用情况的分析,以期对临床合理应用提供参考。方法根据1996年～2003年全静脉营养处方并结合查病历进行统计、分析。结果与讨论全静脉营养治疗技术对提高危重患者的治愈率及重大手术的成功率有积极作用。它可以保护与支持器官、组织、结构和功能,维护细胞的正常代谢,参与机体的生理功能、免疫功能的调控与修复,促进患者康复,从而缩短住院时间和康复时间。全静脉营养的合理应用应以个体化配方为基础,才能起到安全、有效的营养支持作用。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze application of TPN in the clinic of our hospital, in order to provide some references for rational use in the clinic.METHODS:Rasing on the prescriptions of TPN combined with checking medical records during the period of 1996～2003 to do statistics and analysis.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:TPN has an active effect on improving cure rate of critical and heavy patients and achievement ratio of major operations. It can protect and support the organ,tissue,structure and function;maintain normal metabolism of the cells, participate in regulation and repair of physiologic and immunologic functions of the organism, facilitate recovery of the patients in order to shorten length of stay and recovery duration. Rational use of TPN should base on individualized prescription, so safe and effective nutritional support will be obtained.
