摘要 目的 :探讨定位模板结合CT技术在种植牙术前应用的价值。方法 :制作透明塑料模板 ,在拟种植位点钻孔并填入放射显影的牙胶尖 ,并戴入要求种植的患者口内。用螺旋CT对其颌骨进行薄层扫描 ,将获得的数据信息传送到工作站进行多平面图像重建。结果 :9例多平面重建图像均能清晰地显示颌骨的形态、质地及上颌窦或颏孔、下牙槽神经管等重要解剖结构的位置 ,并且能精确地测量出种植区牙槽骨实际的高度、厚度和宽度。结论 :定位模板结合CT技术能让医生在术前对颌骨有全面的、三维方向的认识 ,并指导术中钻孔方向 ,提高种植手术的成功率。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of the application of CT scanning combined with templates in the pre-surgical plan of dental implants.Methods:A transparent and plastic template was made.A hole was drilled at the position of inplantation, was filled with radio-opaque gutta,and was installed in the patient's mouth. Thin-slice scanning of spiral computed tomography was applied to examine the jaws.A wealth of scanning data was transmitted to CT wokstation and processed by multiplanar reconstruction software.Results:Multiplanar reconstruction images of the shape and quality of the jaws and the position of important anatomy structure,such as maxillary sinus,foramen mentale,inferior alvelolar nerve canal and so on were shown in nine cases.The height,thickness and width of the alveolar bone in edentulous areas could be measured precisely.Conclusion:The technique of CT scanning combined with templates can help doctors to observe the comprehensive and three-dimensional images of the jaws before operation, and guide the direction of drilling hole at operation,improving the successful rate of dental implantation.
