摘要
为了增强电火花成型机数控系统的抗干扰能力,确保系统稳定可靠运行,立足于抗干扰3要素,在全面分析系统中高压电源电路、稳压电源电路干扰成因的基础上,重点提出了在该系统中的多种干扰抑制方案,并在实践中加以验证,取得明显效果。对电火花成型机数控系统的抗干扰理论研究和工业应用均有较强的指导意义。
Based on the three factors of anti-interference and a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the production of interference in high and stabilized-voltage supply circuits, a variety of plans to overcome the interference in the numerical control system of electric spark shaping mill are proposed in this paper. These plans can help to improve the system's anti-interference ability and ensure the system of stable running. They are testified in practice with remarkable effect achieved. Such a study is of great guiding significance for the theoretical study of anti-interference and its applications for industrial purposes.
