摘要
进行了不同培养条件对东北红豆杉悬浮细胞生长影响的研究,比较了东北红豆杉(T.cuspidata)和曼地亚红豆杉(T.media)悬浮细胞体系中紫杉醇的生产量。结果表明,东北红豆杉细胞悬浮培养适宜的接种量是2g/瓶、培养基为B5基本培养基、蔗糖质量浓度20~30g/L时悬浮培养细胞的生长较好。东北红豆杉悬浮细胞在B5培养基中质量浓度为0.127mg/L,曼地亚红豆杉悬浮细胞在B5培养基中质量浓度为0.487mg/L。
The effect of different cultural conditions on suspension cell growth is studied, and the yields of taxol in the cell suspension from T. cuspidata and T. media are compared. Results show that the optimum inoculation amounts and mediums are respectively 2 g/flask, B5, and 20~30 g/L of sucrose concentration. The taxol mass concentrations in cell suspension from T. cuspidata and T. media in media B5 are respectively 0.127 mg/L and 0.487 mg/L.
