选择空气预热器在工作时出现的严重影响锅炉燃烧工况和效率的漏风问题进行研究,设计了一套基于模糊控制理论的PLC现场总线控制系统。重点探讨了系统的控制机构、控制算法设计、系统组成、组态界面、网络通信等内容。

The paper discusses the problem of leakage occurred in working condition of Air Preheate,which affects the combustion efficiency seriously. A set of system which based on fuzzy control and PLC on-site bus control system was introduced. Much attentions were payed on the system's technique contents, including the control mechanism, the scheme of control arithmetic, the main interface of system relization, the skeleton of system and communication of network,etc.
