摘要
对清华大学计算机工厂生产的TEC-2计算机系统装置的主存储器扩展板进行了改进设计,通过存储器IC(集成电路)双层并联,在不增加电路板面积的基础上使存储器容量倍增,降低了硬件电路成本。
The main memory extended board of TEC-2 computer system was re-designed for improvement. The memory space was doubled without increasing circuit board area by paralleling double-layer memory ICs and so reducing the cost of hardware.
