小鼠TIA样发作前血浆内皮素、一氧化氮及血脑屏障功能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨小鼠短暂性脑缺血样发作 (TIA)前血浆内皮素 (ET - 1)、一氧化氮 (NO)及血脑屏障 (BBB)功能变化及机制。方法 将 90只昆明小鼠随机分为 7组 ,分别为TIA小鼠模型组 ;血浆ET - 1、NO测定组 ;脑组织EB含量测定组 ;脑组织含水量测定组及各相应的对照组。观察小鼠TIA样发作前血浆ET - 1、NO及BBB通透性改变。结果 与各对照组比较 ,小鼠TIA样发作前血浆ET -1含量增高、NO含量下降 ,BBB通透性无改变。 Objective To explore the changes and mechanism of Endothelin-1 (ET-1) and Nitric oxide (NO) in plasma and blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability before transient ischemia-like attack (TIA-like attack) in mice. Methods Ninety mice were randomly divided into seven groups, TIA model group; ET-1 and NO group; Evans blue group; brain water group and corresponding control groups.The changes of ET-1 and NO in plasma and BBB permeability were observed before TIA-like attack. Results Compared with corresponding control groups, the level of ET-1 in plasma were significantly increase (P<0.01); and the level of NO were significantly decrease(P<0.01); there were not obvious change on BBB permeability(P>05). Conclusions Before TIA-like attack,there were dysfunction on vasoconstriction and vasodilatation but the barrier function of vascular endothelium was normal.
