A Method of Rotor Speed Measurement and Phase Information Acquirement

为了得到在旋转机械的振动监测与故障诊断中起着至关重要作用的转速和相位信息 ,介绍了一种利用鉴相脉冲触发各振动信号并行采集及获取转子转速和各振动信号相位的方法 ,这种软硬件触发采集的方式不仅可以实现整周期采样 ,而且可大大减小相位误差。实例验证了鉴相信号在相位信息的获取中起着决定性的作用。

In order to acquire rotor speed and phase information which play a key role in vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotating machine, a method is presented,which uses phase identification pulse to trigger vibration signals' paralle acquisition and acquire rotor speed and phase information. The method of trigger sampling by soft and hard ware not only realizes whole cycle sampling,but also reduces phase error greatly. The example testifies the importance of phase identification signal in acquiring phase information.[
