摘要
介绍了腈纶生产中废丝产生的原因 ,并进行了溶解回用实验。结果表明 ,各种废丝再溶解成的原液按一定比例投入系统后 ,控制此原液总固含量在 12 %～ 13% ,升泡粘度在 70～ 10 0s时 。
The reasons of producing waste fibers were introduced, and the experiments of waste fiber solution were made. The results showed that the dopes of many kinds of waste fibers re-solution were mixed with the system, the dope PAN content and rising-bubble viscosity should be selected as 12%～13%, 70～100s, thus the effect of waste fiber on fiber quality was minimum.
