制止物理出版物中科学不端行为的行动准则

Acting guideline for preventing scientific misconducts in physics publication

文章及所附附件介绍国际纯粹与应用物理联合会(IUPAP)召开的"科学不端行为以及物理学刊物在防止与调查此类行为中的作用研讨会"及会后形成的正式文件《科学出版中的道德行为国际准则》.在揭露我国物理学出版物中一些严重科学不端行为后,文章对这一文件的重要性及其对我国物理学界清除和制止科学不端行为的现实意义作了讨论.

Along with 3 appendence this essay introduces' The IUPAP Workshop on Scientific misconduct and the role of physical journals in its investigation and prevention' and the outcome document of this workshop ' International Guidelines For Ethical Conduct in Scientific Publishing (to be submitted for possible adoption to the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics ) '. After revealing several cases of serious misconduct events happened in Chinese physics publications, the importance of the document proposed by the above mentioned workshop to IUPAP for Chinese physics community is stressed.
