Experimental Study of Wet Steam in a 5MW Model Steam Turbine

摘要  在1台5MW3级实验汽轮机上进行了湿蒸汽两相流的实验研究,实验在3种不同进汽温度下进行,用联合探针测量了末级叶片前后沿径向和周向的流场、蒸汽湿度、水滴尺寸等参数,并分别用2种方法确定了末级前后的蒸汽参数,获得了3个级的级效率。比较发现,发生凝结的第2级的级效率低于其它2级,这表明凝结过程存在很大的热力学损失。 Experiments on wet steam flow were carried out in a 5MW 3 stages model steam turbine. The flow field and wetness as well as other properties along the height of blade and circulation direction were measured in 3 different inlet temperature. Properties of wet steam in front of and behind the last stage were determined by two methods. And the stage efficiencies of these 3 stages were obtained. The efficiencies show that the thermodynamic loss during condensing of steam is significant.
