摘要
本文报导了自行研制的双层卷焊钢管的组织和性能、Fe-Cu界面合金扩散过程以及变形后的断口形貌等方面的研究结果。该双层卷焊钢管的力学性能均已达国外同类产品水平,工艺性能均符合用户要求。Fe-Cu界面合金元素扩散过程的控制是获得强固的冶金结合,从而得到优良的综合性能的关键。这种界面冶金结合层并不会引起脆性断裂,具有与基材相同的韧性断口形貌。
This paper presents the research results on microstructure, properties, alloy element diffussion process in Fe-Cu interface and SEM fractographs etc. of the independently made brazed double-wall steel tube. All mechanical properties of the tube come up to that of exotic products and all technology performences meet the requiments of users. The excellent synthetical properties depend largely on obtaining strong metallurgical bonding, of which the key is to control the alloy element diffussion process in Fe-Cu interface. The interface layer of metallurgical bonding will not induce brittle fracture and will share the ductile SEM fractographs of the substrate.
