稀土元素在低合金高强度铸钢件上的应用

APPLICATION OF RARE EARTHS TO LOW ALLOY HIGH STRENGTH STEEL CASTINGS

第二重型机器厂铸造分厂在石油防喷器铸钢件ZG25CrNiMo和汽轮机高中压缸铸钢件ZG20CrMo,ZG15Cr1MoA等三种重要产品上采用稀土处理,取得了良好效果。解决了铸件力学性能不合格,不稳定等难题。证实稀土能提高钢材的力学性能(尤其是冲击韧性)。这种作用与晶粒细化有关。

The foundry works of second heavy machine plant using rare earths treatment in their important products of oil injection-prcofer castings ZG25CrNiMo and steam turbine HIP casing castings ZG20CrMo and ZG15Cr1MoA gets on with perfect results. This measure selves difficult problems of off-grade and makes the castings solid in mechanical properties. It is proved that rare earths can improve mechanical properties of casting material (especially in charpy impact). This function is related with grain refinement.
