中药白花蛇舌草对小鼠免疫功能影响的初步研究

Initial research for the effect of Hedyotic diffusa on mouse's immune function

目的 探讨白花蛇舌草对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 用 10 0 %白花蛇舌草水煎液定期给小鼠连续灌胃 15d ,1次 /d ,然后观察其对小鼠抗体产生能力、淋巴细胞增殖和IL - 2产生的影响。结果 白花蛇舌草对以上免疫学指标均有明显增强作用 ,与对照组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 白花蛇舌草对小鼠免疫功能有一定增强作用。

Objective It is to discuss the influence of hedyotic diffusa on mouse's immune function.Methods The rats were processed periodic continuous intragastric administration with 100% Hedyotic diffusa water decoctum once a day for 15 days, then the effects of it on mice' antibody production ability, lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 production ability were observed.Results Hedyotic diffusa had obvious reinforcement action on above immunology indexes. Compared with control group, the difference was extremely significant ( P <0.01).Conclusion Hedyotic diffusa has definite reinforcement action on mouse's immune function.
