中药风湿灵抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

Experiment study of anti inflammatory and analgesia of Fengshiling

目的 观察风湿灵抗炎镇痛的作用。方法 通过热板法观察风湿灵镇痛作用 ,通过小鼠耳肿胀实验、大鼠足肿胀实验和大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验来观察风湿灵抗炎作用。结果 中药风湿灵对小鼠的耳肿胀、大鼠足肿胀和棉球肉芽肿都有显著抗炎作用 ,并且具有一定的镇痛作用。结论 中药风湿灵有较好的抗炎、抗风湿作用。

Objective It is to observe the action of anti inflammatory and analgesia of Fengshiling.Methods The analgesia action of Fengshiling was observed with heart board method, and the anti flammatory action of Fengshiling was observed with mouse's swollen ear experiment, rat's swollen foot experiment and rat's granuloma caused by cotton ball experiment was observed.Results Fengshiling had significant anti inflammatory action and definite analgesia action on mouse's swollen ear, rat's swollen foot and granuloma caused by cotton ball.Conclusion Fengshiling has better anti inflammatory and anti rheumatism action.
