胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的测定

DETECTION OF T LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS IN INSULIN DEPENDANT DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS WITH OKT MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES

用抗人单克隆抗体 OKT 系列检测36例正常人和16例胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(IDDM)患者外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群(OKT_3、OKT_4、OKT_8),计算 OKT_4/OKT_8之比。结果发现,正常人和胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);9例小儿和7例成人胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者与对照组间亦无明显差异(P>0.05)。T 细胞亚群和胰岛素用量无相关性。

We utilized OKT monoclonal anti-human T lymphocyte antibodies to determine the levels of T lumphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood of 36 normal persons and 16 patients with insulin-dependant diabetes mellitus.We found no marked difference in the proportions of OKT_3,OKT_4,OKT_8 and OKT_4/OKT_8 between the two groups(P>0.05).Nor was any marked difference found between the 9 children and 7 adults with IDDM group and the control(P>0.05).The T lymphocyte subsets were not related to the dosage of insulin used by the insulin-dependant disbetes patients.
