大白鼠视前外侧区的纤维联系

AFFERENT CONNECTIONS OF THE LATERAL PREOPTIC AREA

应用辣根过氧化物酶微量注射法研究了大白鼠视前外侧区的传入联系。结果表明,在额前皮质、梨状皮质、隔内侧核、隔外侧核、杏仁核群、海马、丘脑旁室核、连结核、下丘脑背内侧核、下丘脑腹内侧核、下丘脑外侧核、下丘脑室周核、弓状核、视上核、室旁核、乳头体核、脑桥中缝核、网状外侧核均见有标记细胞。对视前外侧区的传入联系与生殖功能的关系进行了讨论。

The afferent connections of the lateral preoptic area were studied in rats with the horseradish peroxidase method.HRP-labeled neurons were observed in the cortex prefrontalis,cortex piriforms,nucleus septi medialis,nucleus septilateralis, nuclear groups of corpus amygduloideum,hippocampus,nucleus paraventricularis,nucleus reuniens,nucleus dorsomedialis hypothulami,nucleus ventromedialis hypothalami, nucleus periveutricularis hypothalami,nucleus arcuatus,nucleus supra-optieus,nucleus paraventricularis,nucleus corporis mamillaris,nucleus raphe pontis,nucleus reticularis lateralis.The relationship between the afferent connections of the preoptic area and reproductive function are discussed.
