迷走—垂体后叶反射在大鼠失血状态下的作用

摘要 本工作观察了刺激迷走神经中枢端、外周和中枢输注微量精氨加压素对失血大鼠血压、心率和存活时间的影响。结果表明,刺激迷走神经中枢端使失血大鼠血压回升(P<0.01);外周输注微量加压素使失血大鼠血压升高(P<0.01),存活时间延长(p<0.05);脑室输注微量加压素使正常大鼠血压升高,心率加快(P<0.05),使失血大鼠血压明显回升(P<0.05)。提示迷走-垂体后叶反射在大鼠失血状态下有升压效应和保护作用。 In this study,effects of stimulation to the central end of vagus and infusion of microdoses of arginine vasopressin(AVP)on the blood presure(BP),heart rate (HR),and survival time in haemorrhagic rats were observed.The results showed thatstimulation to the central end of cervical vagus induced BP to rise and micro-doses of AVP elevated BP and prolonged survival time,and microdoses of AVP infused intra-ventrically induced HR to quicken and led to the rising of BP in both normal and haemorrhagic rats.The data suggest that vago-posterior-pituitary reflex can elevate BP and piny a protective role in haemorrhagic rats.
