树突状细胞在造血干细胞移植中的作用
摘要
树突状细胞(DCs)是体内功能强大的抗原提呈细胞,不仅是诱发机体免疫应答的有力启动者,还在机体对自体和外来抗原产生耐受中起着关键作用。DCs对造血干细胞移植后移植物抗宿主病的发生及耐受中起着双向调节作用,不同来源以及发育中处于不同阶段的DCs在造血干细胞移植中所起作用不同,本文就此进行综述。
