主要组织相容性复合体Ⅱ类分子反式激活因子的研究进展
摘要
主要组织相容性复合体Ⅱ类分子反式激活因子(MHC class Ⅱ transactivator,CⅡTA)是 1993年发现的反式转录激活因子,被认为是MHCⅡ类分子表达的主要调控因子。本文就C Ⅱ TA的结构、功能以及对MHC基因调节及其应用前景作一综述。
