The damage,formation and solicitation of debris flow are explained.Integrating application of GIS with trend-analyzing model and entropy theory,the paper analyses the activity of debris flows in Xiuyuan of Liaoning Province in northeast of China and gaines a scientific result.It is important for the policy-maker to analysis the activity of the debris flow which can conduct the implementation of the measurement preventing the damage from the debris flow.
