摘要
中小高炉的节能降耗,对原料石灰石有更高的要求。在坚持提高CaO含量的同时,规范石灰石的入炉粒度,对改善高炉下部高温区的化学反应很有益处,从而有利于降低炼铁能耗,并可提高高炉的技术经济指标。
In order to cut down the energy consumption of medium and small BF, t he re should be a higher requirement for the raw material-limestone.While the CaO content is being insisted on raising, the grain size of the limestone must be st andardized. It is good for improving the chemical reaction in the high-temperat ure area of the lower part of BF. It is also helpful to cut down the energy cons umption during the iron-smelting process,and also can improve the technical and economic index of BF.
