摘要 寻找理想的支架材料是目前骨组织工程研究的热点。本文阐述了用于骨组织工程支架材料的天然生物衍生材料、聚合物类材料、陶瓷材料及其复合材料等的研究现状,分析了这些材料的优缺点,并展望了骨组织工程支架材料的发展趋势。 Finding a perfect scaffold material has attracted the great interest of many biomaterials researchers. This paper summarized the current studies on some biomaterials scaffold for bone tissue engineering, including materials derived from natural biological organism, macromclecule materials, ceramic materials and their compound materials. The advantages and disadvantages of these materials and the development trend of the scaffold materials for bone tissue engineering were also analysed.
