经济结构不对称与重新城市化──以上海市为例

The Asymmetry of Economic Structure and Re-urbanization: With the example of Shanghai

本文以上海为研究对象，分析了上海作为一个特大型城市所存在的产业结构与劳动力就业结构不对称的现 象及其成因，认为这种现象是由传统的经济发展思路造成的。要改变现状，就必须改变经济发展的思路，变注重产 业发展为注重城市区域经济的整体发展，而重新城市化是落实新发展思路，从而矫正经济结构的不对称的具体途 径。文章最后认为从五个方面来看上海已经具备了重新城市化的条件，并且简要论述了上海重新城市化的前景。

With research on Shanghai as a metropolis, this paper analyses the asymmetrical phenomenon and its cause between industrial and employment structures, which is brought about by the traditional idea of economic development. It's imperative to change the idea from focusing on industrial development to integral development of the city's regional economy, and re-urbanization is the practical way to coincide with this process to adjust the asymmetrical economic structure. In the end, it conveys that Shanghai has possessed the conditions of re-urbanization in five aspects, and discourses upon the prospect of it briefly.
