摘要
研究了激动素(KT)对叶片贮藏中颜色、过氧化物酶、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖和游离氨基酸(AA)的影响,探讨了CTK抑制叶片衰老的机理。
Cytokinin(CTK) can prolong the shelf-life of fruits and vegetable. The leaves spry with KT were used to study the effect of KT on the hue angle, activities of POD, MDA, soluble sugar, and total amino acid. The result showed that 50ppm KT can retard leaves senescence.
