摘要
以牛肉为研究对象,分析了微波干燥的特性及其影响因素,其中包括微波干燥的物料温度特性、微波干燥的膨化作用、微波炉内磁场分布、功率和质量对微波干燥特性的影响,经过分析得到微波干燥的优点。
By using beef, we analyzed the properties of microwave drying, which included food temperature property and loosening action of microwave drying, magnetic distribution in microwave oven, the effect of the power and weight on the properties of microwave drying. Then we completely understood the advantage of microwave drying.
