党的十五大以后，航空工业民用产品公司全面进行公司制改造，军工产业结构调整也在积极酝酿之中。本文主要从产权多元化着手，探讨航空军工产业结构调整的思路。

Since the 15th Congress of CPC, the companization of AVIC civil products members has been comprehensively carried out. The structural adjustment of AVIC military products members is also under deliberations. This paper makes a detailed study on the structural adjustment of AVIC military industry starting with multiformed property ownership.
