摘要
本文介绍了一种在镀铬轧辊表面加工出斜向花纹的简便方法.此法利用一与轧辊交错轴接触的金刚石滚轮,当滚轮被轧辊带动旋转时,其上的金刚石磨粒就在相对滑动速度的作用下,在轧辊表面刻划出所需的斜向花纹.本文对金刚石滚轮的设计及加工的工艺参数也作了介绍.
This paper presents a process for roller surface patterning. In the process a diamond wheel contacts with the roller to be ornameneted at cross axes. As the roller rotates the diamond wheel is driven to rotate about the axis of itself. Under the relative sliding velocity between the wheel and the roller, the diamond grits scrape the roller surface and a fine skew pattern is left on the roller surface. In this paper the design of the wheel and the processing parameters are also described.
