阿昔洛韦口服脂质体和片剂的生物利用度比较

Bioavailability of Acyclovir—Comparison Between the Oral Liposome and the Tablet Form

本文选用健康家兔12只,用离子对高效液相色谱法比较了阿昔洛韦口服脂质体和片剂的生物利用度。结果表明:二种剂型的T_(max)、C_(max)、Auc均有显著性差异(P<0.05),脂质体与片剂的相对生物利用度F=157.59%。

The bioavailability of acyclovir in oral liposome and tablets form was compared in 12 healthy rabbits using ion-pair high pressure liquid ochromatographic method. Results indicated that AUC, C_(max), T_(max) of the 2 formulations of acyclovir had significant differences (P<0.05). The relative bioavailability of the liposome and the tablet form was 157.59%.
