摘要
探讨了在中学数学教师继续教育培训中,如何选择教学内容及教学方法,增 强学员的参与意识,提高培训效果.并以《数学教育学》为例进行了阐述.
This paper explores how to choose the teaching content and the teaching approaches in the continuing education of middle school mathematics teachers to enhance their awareness of partici-pation and improve the training effect. It also illustrates with the Pedagogy of Mathematics.
