大学生心理健康状况与身体素质关系的研究

A Discussion on the Relationship between College students'Psychological Health Conditions and Their Physical Qualities

本文运用心理量表ＳＣＬ－５０调查了大学生心理健康状况，并研究分析了不同心理健 康状况对其身体素质所产生的影响，论证了心理健康与身体素质的关系．并在此基础上提出了 加强学生心理健康教育和提高身体素质的教学改革思路与措施．

This paper analyses the different influences produced by college students' different psychological health state on their physical gualities and proves the between them through the investigation and research on the physical shapes and qualities of students in different psychological health conditions.Based on the above discussion the paper also proposes some ideas and measures of teaching reform so as to strengthen the education on students', psychological health and improve their physical qualities.
