Application and Production Situation of Low carbon Nitro-paraffin

摘要 对硝基烷烃的制取方法作了简单概述 ,并对硝基甲烷、硝基乙烷、1 硝基丙烷和 2 硝基丙烷的性质、用途和生产方法进行了详细介绍。硝基甲烷的生产方法主要有气相硝化法和亚硝酸盐置换法 ;硝基乙烷有低碳烷烃、氯乙烷和硫酸二乙酯硝化法 ;1 硝基丙烷采用丙烷和丙烯硝化法 ;2 硝基丙烷多用硝酸直接氧化法和氧化氮硝化法。最后简述了目前国内的生产状况。 The preparation methods of nitro paraffin were narrated briefly. The properties, application and production methods of nitromethane, nitroethane, 1 nitropropane and 2 nitropropane were introduced in detail. As to produce nitromethane there were mainly gas phase nitrofication and substitution method with nitrite; and for nitroethane there were nitroficating low carbon alkane, chloroethane, and diethyl sulfate; as for 1 nitropropane usually nitroification of propane and propene was used; and the direct oxidation of propane by nitric acid or nitrofication with nitrogen oxide were the methods commonly used to obtain 2 nitropropane. Finally, their production situations in China were introduced in brief.
