摘要
分析了箱体零件压铸的工艺性,论述了模具的工作过程和设计要点。该模具型腔采用内凹抽芯机构,解决了内凹零件的抽芯问题;采用镶块结构,有利于压铸过程中气体的排出,解决了铸件气孔问题,显著提高了压铸件的合格率和经济效益。
Diecasting technology for case part is analysed,and the working process and design gist of diecasting die are discussed. To this diecasting die cavity,by using inside notch core-pulling mechanism,cope with the core-pulling problem of inside notch parts; adopting insert block structure is favourable to the snapout of gas in the course of diecasting,which solves the problem of cast air holes and conspicuously increase the qualified rate and economic benefit of diecasting.
