摘要
本文归纳了大量试样的高温故障分析结果,认为断口往往呈沿晶或混合型断裂特征,这说明材料的高温热强性不足,从而确定蠕变裂纹扩展是高温构件失效的一种形式,并由两种钛合金对比结果得到证实。
Based on analyses for high-temperature failure of numberous sampl es, this paper concludes that the characteristic of intergranular or mixed types result from the inadequate high-temperature Strength of materials and that the high-temperature failure of structural componentars result from the creeping crack propagation, which is confirmed by compari son between two titanium alloys.
