摘要 采用硅酸钠溶液体系,制得250μm左右的微弧氧化陶瓷层。研究了溶液电导率以及电流密度对Al合金微弧氧化陶瓷层生长过程和厚度的影响。结果表明,提高溶液电导率能加速陶瓷层的生长,降低陶瓷层粗糙度。提高电流密度能加速陶瓷层的生长速率,但不宜过高,以10A/dm2左右为佳。采用金相显微镜观察微弧氧化陶瓷层截面发现陶瓷层呈连续结构,较厚的陶瓷层中有少量金属颗粒存在。 About 250 μm thick of micro-arc oxidation (MAO) ceramic coating on aluminum alloy was obtained in sodium silicate electrolyte. The effects of the electrolyte conductance and current density on the growth process and thickness of MAO ceramic coating of aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that improving the electrolyte conductance can accelerate the growth speed of ceramic coating and reduce the roughness of ceramic coating. Increase in current density can accelerate the growth speed of ceramic coating. But the current density should not be higher than 10 A/dm^2. Sections of the ceramic coatings were observed by metallography microscope. It was found that the coating is continuum in structure and there are a few of metal granuie in the thick ceramic coating.
