摘要
本文介绍了用镍钛形状记忆合金研制的一种新型骨科内固定器。讨论了合金成份、热处理工艺、变形行为等对其的作用。经临床应用,表明选用50.8at%~51.8at%Ni含量的镍钛合金制作新型骨科内固定器是正确的。研制的形状记忆合金框架式内固定器具有手术操作简单、内固定稳实、疗效好等优点。
Newly developed inner fixing-device made of Ni-Ti shape-memory alloy that has application in department of orthopaedice is presented. The effect of composition,heat-treatment System and deformation on the device is discussed. Clinical practice indicates that the framed inner fixing-device made of Ni-Ti alloy containing 50.8-51.8 at% Ni has many advantages such as Simple operation, firm inner fixing and good curative effect.
