摘要
本文探讨了合金的成份与性能关系获得适合于磁头使用的耐环氧灌封应力敏感性小的材料,为获得高质量钢带,合金采用具有80年代先进水平的设备进行产品加工并研究了加工工艺制度与带钢表面质量板形、尺寸公差的关系,建立了合理的加工工艺。
Relationship of chemical composition and properties of alloy is discussed and alloy material used for magnetic head that being less sensitive to stress due to epoxy-resistant pour seal has been found. Applicable working process is established by investigating effect of working Process on Surface Quality Plate shape and size toleran of alloy plate, thus, and high quality finished product is obtained in advanced facilities.
