动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血病人血液NF-κВ与sICAM-1ET-1的动态变化 被引量:13

摘要 目的 研究动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)病人血液真核细胞转录因子 -κB(NF -κB)与可溶性细胞间黏附分子 - 1(sICAM - 1)、内皮素 - 1(ET - 1)的动态变化规律。方法 对 30例动脉瘤性SAH病人发病后 1~ 3d、5~ 7d、9~ 11d血液NF -κB与sICAM - 1、ET - 1进行动态观察 ,用TCD检测大脑中动脉血流速度 (VMCA)。结果 动脉瘤性SAH病人血液NF-κB与sICAM - 1、ET - 1在发病后 1~ 3d、5~ 7d各均值明显高于对照组 ,术前、术后脑血管痉挛组和非脑血管痉挛组有明显差异 ,死亡组与存活组也有显著差异 ;在发病后 1~ 3dsICAM、ET - 1的变化与NF -κB的变化呈正相关。结论 动脉瘤性SAH病人血液NF -κB与sICAM - 1、ET - 1的变化与SAH病人的病情演变、脑血管痉挛程度有关 ,并可判断预后。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the NF-κB, sICAM-1 and ET-1 in 30 cases with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods Dynamic changes of the NF-κB, sICAM-1 and ET-1 during 1~3 days,5~7 days,9~11 days after subarachnoid hemorrhage were observed.TCD was used to measure VMCA.Results All the indexes in 1~3 days,5~7 days after subarachnoid hemorrhage were significantly different, compared with the controls.The levels of NF-κB, sICAM-1 and ET-1 in DCVS were remarkably higher, compared with non-CVS.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the serum concentration of NF-κB, sICAM-1 and ET-1 and the change of symptom DCVS.
