摘要 本文阐述了以微量Al,Si,K元素掺入钼中,以粉末冶金工艺制成的丝材和板带箔金材的力学性能。微量Al,Si,K元素改变了材料再结晶行为有效地提高了再结晶温度,改变了再结晶后材料的延性。介绍了该材料在照明,电子,加热炉等领域的应用及其效果。 This paper expounds the mechanical properties of the doped Mo wire, sheet, strip and foil manufactured by P/M technology. Doped into Mo powder, the trace of Al, Si and K have changed the recrystallizing behevior of Mo, increased the recrystallizing temperature,and improved the ductility of recrystallized materials. The applications and their results of the materials in some fields such as il inalion,electronics,and heating furnaces are presented.
