钨合金焊条研制

摘要 本文阐述了钨合金焊条的研制和试验结果。采用粉末冶金工艺制成几种不同钨含量的焊条,进行焊接试验,测定了材料机械性能和焊缝的强度及金相组织。认为,这种焊接材料和工艺可用于修补或堆焊钨合金压铸模,具有廉价和高性能的特点。 The development and the experimental result of W alloy welding electrode are expounded in present paper. The welding tests were Conducted for welding electrodes with different W content produced by PM technology,the mechanical properies of material and the metallographic structure of weld seam were determined. It is considered that both the welding material and the technology are applicable to repairing or bead-welding the W alloy casting die and the welding electrode features high performance and low price,
