摘要 目的 :获得ZNF2 16基因的表达模式。方法 :体外转录方法合成地高辛标记的cRNA探针 ,利用原位杂交技术检测ZNF2 16基因在成年小鼠各主要组织中的表达模式。结果 :在小鼠脑、心脏、骨骼肌和睾丸细胞内可检测到很强的ZNF2 16的杂交信号 ,在肾脏细胞内也可检测到杂交信号 ,但在脾脏和肝脏细胞内仅检测到少许杂交信号和未能检测到杂交信号。结论 :ZNF2 16基因表达于几种组织细胞内 ,具有一定的组织特异性。 Objective To investigate the expression pattern of ZNF216 in adult mouse multiple tissues. Methods Digoxigenin-labeled cRNA probes were synthesized in vitro, and the expression pattern of gene ZNF216 in adult mouse multiple tissues was analyzed using in situ hybridization. Results The strong ZNF216 mRNA hybridization signal was observed in brain, skeletal muscle, heart and testis, moderate one in kidney, and weak one in spleen and vacant one in liver. Conclusion ZNF216 expresses differently in adult mouse multiple tissues.
