结膜延展法 :一种简单而有效的翼状胬肉治疗方法(英文)

摘要 目的 :改进一种翼状胬肉治疗方法。方法 :对翼状胬肉患者 5 3例 5 7只眼 ,其中 5 2只眼为原发 ,5只眼为复发性胬肉 ,施行一种新的胬肉切除手术 ,即结膜延展法 ,其源自结膜瓣转位法并进行了改进 ,其实质是拉伸角巩膜缘处的结膜缘并覆盖裸露的巩膜。观察新术式的手术时间、并发症及胬肉的复发情况。结果 :所有病例随访了至少 5个月 ,手术时间较常规结膜瓣转位术明显缩短 ,胬肉复发率低 (7% ) ,没有观察到其他并发症。结论 :此种新方法简单、有效 ,复发率低。 Objective To develop an improved operative method of pterygium treatment. Methods A noncomparative interventional case series was carried out. Fifty-seven eyes in 53 subjects with either primary (52 eyes) or recurrent (5 eyes) pterygia were operated on for pterygia using a new surgical method,conjunctival stretching,derived from conjunctival autografting and involving pterygium excision followed by stretching of the adjacent conjunctiva to cover the exposed sclera. Operating time,rate of recurrence,and incidence of complications were measured. Results Follow-up time was at least 5 months. The operating time was shorter than that for conjunctival autografting. The rate of recurrence of pterygia was low (7%),and no other complications were observed. Conclusion This method to cure pterygium is quite simple,effective,and results in a low rate of recurrence.
