粉未冶金旋压无缝钨管的组织性能及其使用情况

摘要 用粉末冶金法制坯,以旋压法加工无缝钨管作试样,测定了加工过程中钨管的硬度,密度、组织变化和再结晶温度,并描述了钨管的实际使用情况。不同变形率下钨管的组织是:11%变形率时还有变形的组织;66%变形时能看到细长的烧结孔洞;77%变形率时晶粒已破碎,烧结孔洞全部消失。用于钨铼热电偶标定炉的高精度无缝薄壁钨管结果是:Φ40×0.25×540mm管,在中心位置100mm范围内,1200℃、1400℃和1600℃的轴向温差分别为±1℃、±6℃和±7℃;Φ30×0.25×286mm管,等温区允许误差在1377±12℃,该区长度为120mm。 The tube blanks are manufactured by P/M method. Then the seamless W tubes are processed by spinning . The variations of the hardness , densities and structures of tube samples during processing were measured. The recrystallizing temperature of W tubes also determined.The practical application of tubes are discribed. In the different deformation ratio the structures of the tubes are different. In the ratio of Hand 66% some non-deformation structure and long and thin sintered holes can be observed, respectively; in the ratio of 77% the grain have been crushed and the all of sintered holes have been lost. Using the hih precision seamless W tubes for the W-Re thermocuple calibrating furnace the measured results are as follows.in the tube of φ40x0. 25x540mm, the axial deviations of the temperature are ±1℃ at 1200℃ , ±6℃ at 1400℃ and±7℃ at 1600℃; in the tube ofφ30x0.25x286mm,the allowable error in the soaking zone is 1377 ± 12℃, the Zone isl20mm long.
