摘要 目的 :探讨UF 10 0尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜检测管型的结果符合情况及影响因素。方法 :随机收集住院患者的晨尿标本 90 0份 ,用UF 10 0尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜分别检测尿液中管型 ,然后将两者的检测结果进行比较。结果 :90 0份标本中UF 10 0尿沉渣分析仪检测阳性的有 12 9例 ,显微镜镜检阳性的有 42例 ,两者检测结果不相符合的有 97例 ,占 10 .8% ,其中尿沉渣分析仪检测管型假阴性率为 0 .6% ,假阳性率为 10 .2 %。将UF 10 0尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜检测管型的阳性结果进行率的 χ2检验 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :UF 10 0尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜检测管型有显著性差异 ,对UF 10 0尿沉渣分析仪检测管型阳性者仍需用显微镜复检 ,并对管型进一步分类 ,以提高报告结果的准确性。 Objective To understand the coincident conditions and inferencing factors about examining casts between sysmex UF100 automated urinalysis analyzer and microscope.Methods Urine specimens of 900 inpatient were collected,every samples were firstly examined by sysmex UF100 automated urinalysis analyzer and Olympus microscope,then to compare the results between the two groups. Results We analysed 900 samples, positive samples of sysmex UF100 automated urinalysis analyzer were 129 cases,positive samples of microscope were 42 cases. There were 97 samples for different results and percentage was 10.8%,there were 10.2% pseudo-positive samples and 0.6% pseudo-negative samples in 97 specimens. Conclusions There is a remarkable difference for examining casts between sysmex UF100 automated urinalysis analyzer and microscope. Positive samples of sysmex UF100 automated uinalysis analyzer still need to be examined and categorized by microscope,in order to raise the accuracy of reporting results.
