Permanently Wearable Material for Watch Case

本文叙述了新型手表壳体材料——TiC基金属陶瓷的研究结果:制成的TiC基金属陶瓷材料具有比重轻,硬度高,精加工后表面光洁,强韧性好等特性,完全可以满足制作永不磨损手表的壳体材料的性能要求。

This paper expounds the results obtained by developing new TiC-based ceramet material for watch case. The ceramet is characteristic of lower density, higher hardness, better ductility and excellent surface finish, thus fully meeting requirements of property for permanent wearable watch case.
