弥漫性板层角膜炎的临床表现及其诊断与治疗

摘要 弥漫性板层角膜炎 (diffuselamellarkeratitis ,DLK)是准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (laserinsitukeratomileusis ,LASIK)后并发的一种非感染性炎症 ,病因未明。其发病率不高 ,但是处理不当 ,将会对手术病人的视觉质量产生影响。本文从DLK的临床表现分期、诊断和治疗等方面进行综述。 Diffuse lamellar keratitis(DLK), is a nonspecific inflammatory reaction at the interface level following LASIK. The exact etiology of DLK is unknown.It will affect patient's visual acuity severely if we do not deal with it perfectly.
