四种内生真菌对金线莲无菌苗生长及多糖含量的影响 被引量:23

摘要 目的 研究离体培养时 4种菌根真菌对金线莲生长及多糖含量的影响。方法 纯培养的菌根真菌分别与金线莲无菌苗共生培养 ,观测对金线莲生长和多糖含量的影响。结果 与对照相比 ,接菌根真菌MF1 5菌可使每瓶金线莲干重提高 2 9.3%(P <0 .0 5 ) ,MF2 3可使其提高 4 9.5 %(P <0 .0 1 ) ;MF1 8显著增加了金线莲气生根数量达 4 2 .9%(P <0 .0 1 ) ;4种真菌对金线莲基生根的数量均无显著影响 ;MF1 5 ,MF1 8,MF2 3和MF2 4种真菌均可提高金线莲的多糖含量 ,分别提高 93.5 %,1 0 0 %,89.7%和5 5 .1 %。结论 在离体培养条件下 ,选择适当的真菌与金线莲共生培养能促进金线莲的生长 ,提高多糖的含量。 OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of four species of endophytic fungi on the growth and polysaccharide content of Anoectochilus roxburghii in vitro culture. METHODS: Fungi were cultured with A. roxburghii and the effects of fungi on A. roxburghii growth were observed. RESULTS: Compared with the control, MF15 arid MF23 increased the dry weight of A. roxburghii seedlings by 29.3% (P < 0.05) and 49.5% (P < 0.01)respectively. MF18 increased the number of aerial roots of this plant (P < 0.01), but all of the four species of fungi had no effects on the number of basal roots. All of MF15, MF18, MF23 and MF24 increased the content of polysacchride of this plant by 93.5%, 100%, 89.7% and 55.1%, respectively. CONCLUSION: It is important to select the proper fungus culture with A. roxburghii that can improve the growth of A. roxburghii in vitro and raise its polysaccharid content.
