摘要
目的 对云南兔耳草的化学成分进行研究。方法 用硅胶柱色谱和HPLC对化合物进行分离 ,并用光谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果 分离鉴定了 4个环烯醚萜苷类成分 :1 0 - O - (E) - p methoxycinmamoyl catalpol(Ⅰ ) ,1 0 - O - (Z) - p methoxycinmamoyl catalpol (Ⅱ ) ,6 - O - (E) - 3″ ,4″- methoxycinmamoyl -catalpol (Ⅲ ) ,6 - O - (Z)- 3″ ,4″ methoxycinmamoyl -catalpol(Ⅳ )。结论 以上 4个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Lagotis yunnanesis. METHODS The compounds were isolated by silica column chromatography,and the structures were elucidated by spectral methods. RESULTS Four iridoid glucosides were isolated and identified as 10-O-(E)-p-methoxycinmamoyl-catalpol (Ⅰ), 10-O-(Z)-p-methoxycinmamoyl-catalpol (Ⅱ), 6-O-(E)-3″,4″-methoxy-cinmamoyl- catalpol (Ⅲ) and 6-O-(Z)-3″,4″-methoxycinmamoyl-catalpol (Ⅳ). CONCLUSION All compounds were isolated from this plant forthe first time.
