摘要
目的 研究肖菝葜的化学成分。方法 应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化 ,用IR ,MS ,1 H NMR ,1 3 C NMR技术及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果 从乙醇提取物中脂溶性部位分离到 9个化合物 ,分别鉴定为棕榈酸 (Ⅰ )、α,α′ [bis - 5 - formyl - 2 - furanyl]dimethylether(Ⅱ )、对羟基苯甲酸 (Ⅲ )、大黄酸 (Ⅳ )、β- 谷甾醇吡喃葡萄糖苷 (Ⅴ )、β-谷甾醇 (Ⅵ )、单棕榈酸甘油酯 (Ⅶ )、山酸(Ⅷ )、二十八烷 (Ⅸ )。结论 化合物Ⅱ ,Ⅲ ,Ⅳ ,Ⅴ ,Ⅶ ,Ⅷ ,Ⅸ系首次从该属植物中得到。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents of Heterosmilax japonica. Kunth. METHODS: The compounds were separated with chromatography and their chemical structures were elucidated by means of IR, MS, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR spectral method respectively. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated from the plant. They were identified as palmaitic acid (I), α, α′-[bis-5-formyl-2-furanyl]dimethyl ether(II), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (III), rhein(IV), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D- glucoside(V), β-sitosterol(VI), glycerol monopalmitate(VII), behenic acid(VIII) and octacosane(IX). CONCLUSION: The compounds II, III, IV, V, VII, VIII and IX were isolated from the plant for the first time.
