对硝基偶氮氯膦与锆显色反应的研究及其在铝合金中应用

摘要 本文研究了对硝基偶氮氯膦与锆显色反应的条件。试验结果表明,在0.6~3.0mol/LHcl介质中,在乙醇存在下,锆与CPA—PN能形成1:3蓝色配合物,其最大吸收位于680nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.2×10~4,锆浓度在0~35μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。该法可用于铝合金中的锆测定,方法简便,快速。 the chromogenic reaction of Zirconium with P-Nitro-chlorophosphonazo (CPA-PN) in the presence of ethyl alcohol absolute has been studied.In HCL medium (0.60-3.0mol/L), Zirconium reacts with CPA-PN to form a 1,3 blue complex, Its absorption maximum is at 680nm with its apparent molar absorptivity of, 22×104.Beer's law is obeyed when Zr content is in the range of 0-35μg/25ml. The method may be applied to the determination of Zr in aluminium alloy, characterized by its simplicity and fastness,
